Terms of Service

Welcome to TikLink. By accessing and using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

TikLink provides professional tools for TikTok Live streamers, including real-time auction systems and custom alert integrations. Our service connects to your TikTok account to track live stream events and display them through TikTok Live Studio overlays.

2. User Accounts

You must create an account to use TikLink. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and current information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

3. TikTok Integration

By connecting your TikTok account, you authorize TikLink to access your live stream data including donations, followers, and chat messages during active streaming sessions. We do not store your TikTok password. You can disconnect your TikTok account at any time from your dashboard.

4. Subscription and Payment

TikLink offers a Premium subscription at €7.50/month. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Recurring monthly billing until cancellation
• No refunds for partial months under normal cancellation
• Subscription can be cancelled anytime
• Access ends at the conclusion of the paid period

Exception - Islamic Content Violations: If your account is permanently banned due to violations of our Islamic content standards (Section 5, 6, or 7), you will receive a full refund of your current month's subscription. This refund policy only applies to bans related to inappropriate content violations, not to technical violations, fraud, or other non-content related breaches.

5. Acceptable Use & Content Standards

TikLink is committed to maintaining a respectful and ethical platform in accordance with Islamic values. You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purposes
• Violate TikTok's Terms of Service
• Stream, promote, or display any content containing nudity, sexual content, or immoral behavior
• Promote or engage in gambling, alcohol consumption, or substances prohibited in Islam
• Use profane, vulgar, or disrespectful language
• Promote violence, hatred, or discrimination against any individual or group
• Engage in deceptive practices, fraud, or dishonest activities
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload our systems
• Share your account with others
• Use automated scripts or bots
• Resell or redistribute our service

Content Moderation: We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate accounts found to be streaming inappropriate content that violates these standards. This includes but is not limited to content featuring immodest clothing, sexual themes, prohibited substances, or any material inconsistent with Islamic ethical principles.

6. Halal Business Practices

TikLink operates in accordance with Islamic business ethics:

• No Interest (Riba): Our subscription model is fixed-price with no interest charges or hidden fees
• Transparency: All pricing, features, and terms are clearly disclosed upfront
• Fair Dealings: No deception, manipulation, or unfair practices in service delivery
• Ethical Revenue: We do not profit from content that violates Islamic principles
• User Responsibility: Users must ensure their streaming activities and revenue sources are halal

Note: While we provide the technical platform, users are responsible for ensuring their content, business practices, and revenue sources comply with Islamic law. This includes verifying that auction items, donations, and viewer interactions are permissible and ethical.

7. Prohibited Content & Activities

The following are strictly prohibited on TikLink:

• Mixed-gender interactions that violate Islamic modesty guidelines
• Mockery or disrespect of religious practices, beliefs, or symbols
• Promotion of fortune-telling, astrology, or superstitious practices
• Content promoting materialism, excessive consumerism, or greed
• Wasteful spending (Israf) or encouraging others to waste resources
• Backbiting (Ghibah), slander, or spreading false information

8. Service Availability

We strive for 99% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time with reasonable notice. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

TikLink is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost revenue, data loss, or service interruptions.

10. Termination & Refund Policy

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our discretion. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

Permanent Ban for Content Violations: If you are permanently banned for violating our Islamic content standards (Sections 5, 6, or 7), including but not limited to streaming inappropriate content, promoting prohibited substances, or engaging in immoral behavior:

• Your account will be immediately and permanently terminated
• You will receive a full refund of your current month's subscription within 7-14 business days
• You are prohibited from creating new accounts on TikLink
• All access to our services will be permanently revoked

Important: This refund policy demonstrates our commitment to operating an ethical, halal platform. We would rather refund your payment than profit from content that violates Islamic principles. The refund only applies to content-related violations, not technical breaches, fraud, chargebacks, or voluntary cancellations.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or dashboard notification.
