If TikLink experiences extended downtime or technical issues that prevent you from using the service, you may request a prorated refund for the affected period.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or via the Stripe Customer Portal. When you cancel:

  • Your access continues until the end of the current billing period
  • No cancellation fees
  • You can resubscribe at any time

Billing Descriptor

Charges from TikLink will appear on your bank or card statement as TIKLINK or TIK-LINK.COM. If you see a charge you don't recognize, please check if anyone with access to your payment method has subscribed. If not, contact us and we'll investigate immediately.
